Ryan Pigg represented a widow who lost her husband after he fell through a painted-over skylight in a ceiling at an industrial facility. Ryan sued the tenant, property owner and commercial roofer who created the ultra-hazardous condition. Ryan proved Defendants violated multiple OSHA standards because the holes were not barricaded, covered or marked. Defendants also failed to provide proper fall safety equipment. Falls are one of the leading causes of workplace injuries in the United States.
