Ryan Pigg represented a painter who suffered catastrophic injuries and burns after he contacted an overhead power line with an aluminum ladder provided to him. The lawsuit sought damages against the architects and engineers responsible for the design of the premises as well as the general contractor in charge of the project. Defendants argued the worker was trespassing and the incident was his fault. After fighting all the way to the Texas Supreme Court, Defendants ultimately settled.
